The Process

The pre-wedding consultation is our chance to get on the same page and make sure every detail is perfectly aligned with your vision. We’ll chat about your wedding day timeline, your photography preferences, and any special moments you want captured. This is where I get to know you both better, so I can tailor the experience to your unique style and vibe. By the end of our meeting, you’ll feel confident, excited, and ready for the big day!

To build trust and ensure complete comfort in front of the camera, we schedule an engagement session. This is your chance to experience my approach firsthand, capturing intimate, natural moments that reflect your connection. Think of it as a rehearsal — a way to fine-tune the vibe before the big day.

On your wedding day, I’ll be there to document every meaningful moment, from the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the joy of your first dance. My goal is to capture the raw emotion and beauty of the day, without interrupting the natural flow. You can expect a seamless experience, where I blend into the background while still being in the right place at the right time. It’s all about preserving the memories that matter most, so you can relive the magic for years to come.

Once the celebration has ended, the magic continues through the editing process. This is where I carefully curate and enhance each image to reflect the true essence of your day. Every shot is treated with attention to detail, ensuring colors, lighting, and emotions come together in perfect harmony. My goal is to craft a collection of images that tells your unique love story—timeless, stunning, and as real as the moments we captured. You’ll receive a gallery that feels like an authentic reflection of your journey, ready to be cherished for years to come.

Once your photos are ready, I’ll present your custom wedding collection—designed specifically to tell your unique story. This includes a carefully curated selection of images, beautifully edited and organized to reflect every important moment. Along with your digital gallery, you’ll receive access to an online print shop. Whether it’s a keepsake album or a set of fine art prints, your collection will be able to order tangible pieces to remember your day.

Whether you’re planning a large wedding, micro wedding or an intimate elopement, I’ve got you covered! Ranging from 4-10 hours of coverage, I’m happy to customize a package to suit your needs.

Packages start at $3500, with my couples spending $5500-8000 on average for their wedding photography.

Every package includes the same level of care leading up to and on the day of your wedding. You’ll receive your professionally edited, high-resolution images in a beautiful online gallery, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

FAQ

1. What makes your wedding photography different from others?
My approach blends an editorial feel with documentary storytelling. I bring a warmth and calmness to the wedding day that puts couples and their families at ease, and allows me to capture more genuine emotions and intimacy. I deeply understand how important it is to have our history, our love, our moments big and small captured. I know that photographs have the power to bring joy, ease a broken heart and preserve memories that may otherwise be forgotten to time.
2. What is your gallery turnaround time?
I send a small collection of images as a preview within 1 week of your wedding. Your full gallery will be ready within 8-14 weeks.
3. How would you describe your editing style?
I aim to be as true to life as possible. I like to enhance images without over-editing them. I fall right in the middle of tones and brightness, nothing is ever too warm or too blue, too bright or too dark. I deliver roughly 70-80% of images in color and the remaining 20-30% in black and white.
4. how do i book you?
Visit my contact page and fill out the inquiry form. If I’m available on your date I will respond with detailed information and an option for a consultation call. After our call I will send the contract for you to sign and you will pay a 30% non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date in my calendar.
5. Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes! I’m always happy to assist you in building your timeline from a photographers perspective. If you are working with a planner, I always default to their timeline and simply offer my advice on how long it will take to accomplish the photography portions of the day.
6. Do you work with a videographer?
I don’t have a videographer on my staff but I am able to provide you with a list of trusted and talented videographers to inquiry with. I’m a team player and will gladly work alongside videographers and content creators to capture your day.
7. What kind of albums or prints do you offer?

I offer a variety of albums and prints ranging from basic to luxury. With custom designs, layouts and fine art materials, there’s endless options to preserve and display your memories.
8. How do you keep our images safe?
My cameras have dual memory card slots, which means your images are being duplicated instantaneously. After your wedding I backup your images an additional two times to give me a total of three copies for safe keeping while I edit your gallery. Once your gallery is delivered, it is your responsibility to backup your gallery to your own storage devices or clouds.
9. Do you use Ai in your editing, social media or website?
I use ai for some editing tasks such as removing people or objects from certain photos when hand editing is inefficient. I do not use it to alter reality and I do not use it to create images. All images you see on my website and social media were taken by me with real clients or models.
